Robert Johnson is an International Federation Body Building Pro (IFBB) who has been involved in personal fitness for over 35 years. Born and raised in Texas, Robert’s extensive career includes earning a Bachelors in Science degree in Nutrition from the University of Texas-Arlington, spending time as a former NFL player, earning a Tae Kwon Do Black Belt, working as a Health and Fitness instructor at the University of California-San Diego and previous business owner of three restaurants in San Diego, which catered to the dietary needs of diabetics. 

While living in San Diego, California, Robert began dedicating himself to educating others about health and fitness at the University of California-San Diego where he taught health and wellness, as well as provide physical therapy rehabilitation to campus nurses for 10 years. 

His personal training is focused on overall fitness for all ages, boot camp training, and specialized personal training for kids.

In 2010, Robert released his eBook, Fit 2 Play, which consists of a training schedule, workout plan, and nutrition plan centered around food prep and calorie counting.

Since 2020, Robert has been residing in the Greater Houston area where he continues to dedicate his time to personal training, nutrition programs, lifestyle coaching, competition training, and teaching bootcamp and self defense classes. In 2023, he launched his Women’s Only Self Defense class and his Off the Couch bootcamp training that focuses on getting individuals back into shape and living a healthier and more active lifestyle.
